Payment Procedure

As of now, we have two modes of payment available. You can deposit your payment to us via Banco De Oro (BDO) or Smart Money. Just choose first your desired currency before proceeding to checkout. After we receive and verify your payment, we will do our best to make your hosting plan live within the next 12-24 hours.

Steps for Banco De Oro (BDO)

Step1: Deposit your cash payment to the account.

Step2: Login to your “Client Area” then “Submit a Ticket” to the Billing Department.

Step3: Submit the details that are on your cash deposit slip.

  1. Bank Branch (important: please ask the bank teller)
  2. Date of Deposit
  3. Amount Deposit

Steps for Smart Money

Step1: Transfer your payment to the Smart Money Number using your smart money enabled cell phone (Ask assistance from Smart Customer Service)

Step2: Login to your “Client Area” then “Submit a Ticket” to the Billing Department.

Step3: Submit this information that will be given to you by Smart

  1. Date of Transfer
  2. Amount Transferred
  3. Reference Number

Upon verifying your payment, we will then notify you on the email you provided to us.
