1. Account Setup / Termination / Suspension
- Your account will be setup after we have received your payment and then verified by our payment partners. We will do our best to make your hosting accessible within the next 12 to 24 hours. False information may result to account refusal. We will notify you to the email (not the domain email, e.g. @domain.com) that you provided to us. Just use a standard email (e.g. yahoo or gmail).
- Termination of account is possible anytime, just login to your account and submit a ticket to the billing department and we will do the rest. You cannot refund any payment done before your request. Here’s an example:
If you pay for 3 months and you consume the whole first month and only a quarter of the second month then you decide to cut or terminate your account, we will just give you the refund for the third month only. Even if you just consume a quarter for the second month, it is still considered as full month consumption.
- After 7 days of your invoice due date and still we do not receive any payment for your account, we will then suspend your website until we receive your payment.
We will delete your whole website from our server after 3 months of being an idle account. If you have issues of reactivating your account, you can just submit a Ticket to our Sales Department and state your reason.
2. Content
- You are not allowed to use our shared hosting for backups or storage purposes.
- Customer agrees that Eronbox is not liable to any kind of damages that may result because of their own misuse to our services.
- All websites that are under these categories are not allowed to use our services.
- Pornography
- Racist / Hate / Harassment or any related
- Hacker focused (this includes forum)
- Pirated Software / Warez
- Sites that are promoting illegal activities
- IRC scripts / BOTS
- Any sites that we think is abusing that may result damage to anyone
We have the right to refuse anyone that is under these categories. We will give at least a month for the suspended customer to contact us by submitting a ticket to the support department and tell us something about it. After that period of time and we did not get any response, we will then terminate the account on the following days.
3. Payment and Refund
- All payments are done using our payment partners. The customer agrees that all true information shall be given to us for payment verification. In any false detail, we have the right to refuse the application.
- Refund: We are giving a 7-day money back period for newly clients only NOT those who are already in our database (eg. A client signs up for the first time then leave and then sign up again). All requests that are beyond the trial period will be ignore. You may just consume your account.
Domain Name Registration is non refundable.
If you are referred by someone else, you cannot refund the percentage taken by the person who referred you to us.
We only send refunds thru bank cash deposit.
4. Files and Backup
- The use of our service is at your own risk. Eronbox is not responsible for the files that are inside your account, this includes data loss and anything related. You will have to backup your site alone.
- Our data center in Dallas, Texas, USA is continued to backup the files on their offsite server every Sunday.
- A fee of P1,000 will occur for the restoration of files to your account.
5. Price Change
Prices are subject to change without prior notice but the amount you pay for the hosting will not change from the date of purchase. The increase of disk space and bandwidth will also change without notice.
6. Disclaimer
We at Eronbox are not responsible for any data loss or damages to the files that are inside your account. We are also not responsible to the real damages that your site has done to others. Eronbox makes no warranty of any kind. You as a customer will take the full responsibility that you do to your account and website.
7. Changes to the Terms of Service
Eronbox has the right to change the Terms of Service anytime without notice.
